As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our transportation operations and seeking a competent, organized, and proactive Office Manager to support the daily administration and coordination of the division.
Position Title: Office Manager – Transportation Division
Duty Station: Paynesville, Liberia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Reports To: Operations Director / General Manager
Position Summary
The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of Leenea LLC transportation office. The successful candidate will ensure efficient office management, support transportation operations, coordinate schedules, maintain records, supervise administrative processes, and contribute to excellent customer service delivery.
The ideal candidate would possess strong organizational abilities, professionalism, leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the office.
- Maintain office systems, procedures, and administrative workflows.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Transportation Operations Support
- Coordinate driver schedules and transportation assignments.
- Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and operational records.
- Support dispatch and booking coordination.
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies and transportation procedures.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and service issues professionally.
- Staff Coordination
- Supervise administrative support staff where applicable.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal activities.
- Promote professionalism and teamwork within the office.
- Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office inquiries.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure customer concerns are address promptly and efficiently.
- Financial & Reporting Support
- Assist with invoice preparation and expense tracking.
- Support payroll coordination and attendance monitoring.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Experience
Minimum of 4 – 5 years of administrative or office management experience.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service operations is an advantage.
